Delete your LeadCall account and data

App: LeadCall · Developer: GenAi Tribe (GenAi Tribe.Agency), a sole proprietorship owned by Manthri Ashish Raj, Hyderabad, India · Last updated: 1 October 2026

To delete your LeadCall account and data, email contact@genaitribe.agency with the subject “Delete my LeadCall data”. You do not need the app installed. We reply within 7 days and finish within 30 days.

This page is for LeadCall, the Android call-tracking app that GenAi Tribe provides to its client businesses. It explains how to ask us to delete your LeadCall account and the data linked to it, what we delete, and what we keep and for how long. The full details are in sections 9 and 10 of the LeadCall Privacy Policy.

How to ask

  1. Email contact@genaitribe.agency with the subject “Delete my LeadCall data”.
  2. Tell us your business name, the phone number or Google email you use in LeadCall, and whether you are the business’s owner or a staff member.
  3. We check that the request really comes from you, for example by calling that phone number or writing to that Google email address. We do this so that nobody can delete a business’s data by pretending to be its owner.
  4. We reply within 7 days, and finish within 30 days. When we finish, we write to tell you what we deleted and what we kept, and why.

You can also stop LeadCall using your Google account to identify you at myaccount.google.com/permissions. That stops future use, but does not delete anything we already hold; to have that deleted, email us as above.

What we delete

Who asksWhat we delete
The business owner The business’s LeadCall account and its data: the connections of all its phones, and their details; its calls, with their answers, notes and ₹ values; its ignore list; its call recordings; its weekly summaries; the contacts, deals, activity notes, call-back tasks and draft replies LeadCall made in GenAi Tribe’s CRM; and its list of owner and staff Google emails. Staff phones stop working for the business too.
A staff member Your access to the business, and your phone’s connection to it. We keep only the security record that you were a member, and the lines in the activity log that mention you, which show the name the owner gave you or a partly hidden email address (see below). The calls your phone sent are part of the business’s call history, so they stay with the business unless its owner asks us to delete them.
Someone who phoned a business Ask that business, or email us with your number and the business’s name. We pass your request to the business within 7 days. If it agrees, or has not answered us within 30 days, or the law requires it, we delete your calls and recordings and blank your number, name and notes in the activity log, and tell you within one month what has been done.

What we keep, and for how long

WhatHow longWhy
The activity log Permanently. A record of what happened in each business (a call came in, a call was marked, a phone joined), kept for security and to prevent fraud. Before we delete a business’s data, we blank every caller’s number, name and notes in it, so callers appear only by an internal reference number. Lines about the team name a person by the name the owner gave them or by a partly hidden email address. Lines about a change made in GenAi Tribe’s CRM name the CRM user who made it, by name or email address.
Requests to join or switch on a business, and removed team members Permanently. A security record of who had, or asked for, access to a business’s call records: the Google account ID, the email address and the phone’s details, and any contact number given. After a deletion request we remove the contact number and partly hide the email address (for example r…@gmail.com). It is not used for anything else.
Our nightly backups 14 days, then deleted. Two exceptions: the copy made on the 1st of each month of the activity log copy (which includes callers’ numbers and names), kept at present without an end date; and a few one-off copies made before changes to our systems, kept until we delete them. To recover from faults. Data deleted from our systems disappears from backups as they expire. A number blanked after a monthly copy was made stays in that copy.
Our hosting company’s backups Weekly copies of the whole server, about two weeks’ worth; and an occasional one-off snapshot before a big change, deleted automatically, at present after about a day. Made by Hostinger to recover the server; stored, Hostinger reports, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Event records (which include callers’ numbers) Up to 30 days. Kept for every business so they can be sent to the business’s own software if it connects any (webhooks). Deleted automatically after 30 days.
Requests to join a business by phone number No end date today; deleted when we act on your deletion request. The number offered and the phone’s details, so we can connect a phone to the right business.
Our CRM’s change history No deletion period today. A record of who changed LeadCall settings and when, with the IP address used. It records a number that was ignored or allowed again from the CRM; we remove that number when we act on a deletion request.
Server logs No fixed period yet; it will be stated in the Privacy Policy when set. Technical records of the app’s requests, to run the service and investigate misuse. Some contain a caller’s number. Each log is kept up to a fixed size, then its oldest lines are overwritten.
Anything the law requires us to keep For as long as the law requires. For example, data covered by a valid order from a court or government authority.

We cannot delete copies that left our systems before your request: spreadsheets the business exported, data it sent to its own software, messages it sent, or any lead already reported to Google Ads (a feature that is not switched on for any business today).
